Welcome to the Surf Shack Spa Bournemouth…
Relax and unwind in our unique Exclusive Private Party space.
We are a little gem hidden away in Bournemouth, a stones throw from Bournemouth Pier and town centre. You will have exclusive use of our 6-8 person bubbly Hot Tub, a 3-person Sauna, indoor and outdoor Chill-out zones, or you can kick back and relax whilst watching the Movie screen projector playing a classic movie or listening to your favourite Tunes.
Oh yes.. we can even have a bar tender on hand to serve you a cocktail or glass of fizz or cocktail so you don’t even need to get up! Tempted?

Weekend Party Package.. (Hen’s, Stag’s, special events!)

£35pp (price based on min of 10, maximum of 25)
Time slots 10am-1pm or 4-7pm

- Licensed bar (plus private bar tender on hand for the duration to serve you drinks in the tub!)
Cold water Therapy and Spa Session
MID-WEEK
£150
1.5 hr slot (up to a maximum of 10 people)
MON – THURS… 9am- 6pm
FRI … 9am - 2pm
Grab your mates/ schools Mums/ work colleagues and run 5 mins down to the refreshing Ocean at Bournemouth Pier for a cold water dip or use our very own icy plunge tub….. how long can you hack it?

Mid-week Private Party Hire
MID-WEEK
£200
2 hrs use (based on up to 10 people, £15pp for each extra person, £100 p/h for each extra hour)
MON – THURS… 10am- 8pm
FRI… 10am – 2pm

- Exclusive use of whole area
- Access to kitchen for food prep (oven, sink etc, use of plates/ cutlery etc)
- Hot Tub (6-8 persons)
- Sauna (3-4 persons)
- Movie screen with choice of films (library of DVD’s or bring your own to play)
- Fancy dress box
- Tables and benches to eat at.

FAQ’s
LOCATION…
9 Kerley Road, Bournemouth, BH25DW
We are located in central Bournemouth on the West Cliff nestled in a horse shoe road called Kerley Road. The surf shack is located around the back of Havana Beach (previously known as Yellowstones Beach House/ Surfer Hotel). Please do not ring the bell of the house but come around the back of the property down the driveway to the right.
PARKING…
There is no parking on site, drop off zone only please. There is nearby parking on the cliff top, at the BIC or a small carpark on Beacon Road all in walking distance to us.
WHAT TO BRING…
You will need swim wear and a towel, we are an undercover outdoor area so make sure you wrap up warm, however everyone is super toasty in the hot tub.
WHAT IF IT RAINS?…
Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! Our venue is under cover so is nice and cosy even on those windy and rainy days! But don’t worry, if the sun is shining we also have a huge private patio area with big chill-out outdoor sofas to relax and catch a few rays.
LICENSED BAR…
We are a licensed premises (Not BYO, please!) We have a great priced bar menu serving Prosecco, beer, cocktails, spirits and mixers as well as tea, coffee and soft drinks, etc. and bar tender on call to serve you your drinks. Cash or card accepted.
SHOWER/ WC…
We have an outside enclosed warm shower and a portaloo on site (not the most glamorous but does the job!)
FOOD…
We no longer provide food but you are very welcome to bring your own snacks and have a table and benches for you to sit and eat... but please no eating in the hot tub!
DECORATIONS…
You are welcome to arrive 30 mins early to decorate the venue... however all decorations must be removed upon departure. Please no confetti or balloons. We do find that our space is so unique/ surf-shacky anyway that it doesn’t really need much extra decoration, so save yourself the time and extra expense and enjoy our quirky venue.
MUSIC…
We have speakers here and an iPod with a selection of music. However, you are welcome to use our AUX lead and plug in your own choice of music. Please respect our neighbours.
FILMS…
We have a selection of DVDs, some classic chick flicks (think Dirty Dancing, Magic Mike, etc.) and also some classic surf movies (Endless Summer, etc.). If you have a specific movie you would like to watch then you are welcome to bring the DVD. Some groups ask to run a slide show of photos - again, if this is saved onto a DVD, we can play it on the big screen.
